Mental fitness is the capacity to handle life’s great challenges with a positive mindset rather than becoming overwhelmed with negative emotions, like stress.
If you wanted to tone your body and increase your strength, you would start by starting some kind of training routine, or going to the gym. This is also true for your mind. Building the neural connections that enable you to face challenges with a positive mindset is like a muscle that needs to be worked on in order to strengthen and build.

Positive Intelligence is an operating system with many applications. Learn how you can use it to reduce stress, improve your relationships, overcome career challenges and strengthen your parenting.

During this session, we will:

  • Discover your inner saboteurs and the lies they are telling you
  • Learn the three core muscles that decide your mental fitness:
    • Self-command muscle
    • Saboteur-interception muscle
    • Sage muscle
  • Discover some practical methods to grow your mental muscles and dial down the volume on the voice of your saboteurs
